1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EJS Pro Clean Inc. website located at ejsproclean.ca ("Site") and the commercial cleaning services provided by EJS Pro Clean Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

EJS Pro Clean Inc. provides professional commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to, office cleaning, industrial facility cleaning, retail cleaning, and condo building maintenance across Toronto, Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Newmarket, Caledon, and surrounding GTA areas.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or quote accepted by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed service agreement takes precedence.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed following a site walkthrough or assessment. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes materially from what was originally described.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises at the agreed-upon service time. This includes providing keys, access codes, fobs, or any other means of entry required. If our team is unable to access the premises at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee as outlined in your service agreement. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of the service arrangement.

6. Client Responsibilities

To allow our team to perform services effectively, clients agree to:

• Ensure the premises are accessible and safe for cleaning staff
• Secure or remove confidential documents, valuables, and fragile items prior to service
• Notify us in advance of any areas that should not be cleaned or require special attention
• Inform us of any known hazards, restricted areas, or special access requirements
• Provide adequate supplies (e.g., garbage bags, paper products) unless otherwise agreed

7. Satisfaction and Service Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service date. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary re-service.

8. Liability

EJS Pro Clean Inc. carries general liability insurance and is WSIB compliant. In the event of damage caused by our staff during the provision of services, please notify us in writing within 48 hours. We will investigate and respond in good faith.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to improperly secured or fragile items, or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered in the applicable service period.

9. Website Use

The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and other materials — is the property of EJS Pro Clean Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Privacy

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you have requested. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please contact us directly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
